This is your Inventory Procurement portal. On this site you have access to our beauty inventory and current consignment options. If you do not see a specific product you wish to purchase for your macine, can request that product to be added to the inventory by clicking here to complete the request form. Once approved, the product will become available for purchase in the portal.
As a business owner, you have the flexibility to customize your within specified limits. Prices should not exceed the maximum retail price, including taxes, a convenience fee (up to $2), and a credit card processing fee (up to $1).
Note: Each machine requires 3 Sticky Icky products and at least 2 B’s Essentials Vending branded items (if/when available).
Important: You’ll only be charged after product approval. The displayed total is an estimate; shipping and processing fees are not included. If a product becomes unavailable or its price increases, you’ll be notified before purchase. A final purchase copy, including shipping costs, will be sent for your approval before charges.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I make exchanges or returns?
No. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or returns. If you get products that are damaged please send us an email letting us know and we will replace the products.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once you submit the inventory, you will receive your final purchase copy with shipping costs within three business days. Shipping can take up to 7 business days once your payment is submitted.
3.Do I purchase consignment through this portal?
When we get new consignment requests, it will be mandatory for some owners to place the products in their machines. In the event you are not mandated to do a consignment, but are interested, you can make the request by clicking on the consignment tab.
4.Can I get a sample of the products before purchasing?
No. If you are unsure about a product or want to learn more about a product, we suggest going to your local beauty supply store before making any purchases.
5. What if I want a different style of the available products?
If you do not see the product or style/color you want for a certain product, fill out this request form.
